Vehicle release
We know this isn't how you wanted to spend your day. Here's the whole process, start to finish — no surprises at the gate.
Call (480) 841-9999 with your plate number. We'll confirm the vehicle is in our yard and quote your exact release total.
A valid photo ID and proof of ownership — the title or current registration — with your name on it. We can't release to an open title. Retrieving personal items? Same ID rules apply.
1701 W Broadway Rd, Mesa. Open 9am–6pm every day. After hours, call and we'll set an appointment — an after-hours gate fee applies.
Cash only at the window; there's an ATM right outside. You'll get an itemized receipt showing the tow, storage days, and any fees.

Our rates follow the Arizona DPS rotation structure and the City of Mesa impound schedule. The same numbers are posted at the yard.
